The staff was kind and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. A few minor issues like pillow preference and elevator size were easily addressed. Overall, a pleasant experience in the heart of Florence. Great value!

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff, especially Nina, Angela, and Rachel, were all top-notch. The room was spacious and comfy, location couldn't be better. Bonus points for the good wifi! 🌟 The AC could be a bit tricky to figure out, but in March, it wasn't a big problem. Just ask the front desk, they're super helpful!

Everything was simply good. There were very good staff and location for a nice stay at the hotel. I loved the room with a very comfortable bed, my bed was very comfy.

Despite the slight room size issue with a sofa instead of separate beds, the hotel's central location allowed easy access to all attractions. The breakfast was outstanding, with Rachel offering a warm welcome. The friendly and attentive staff, along with the clean and comfortable rooms, made for a fantastic stay in Florence.

My stay here was great! The location was brilliant, for example, a prominent art museum was within walking distance of the hotel. The continental breakfast was outstanding and tasty, had pastries, jam and cakes.

I would have appreciated more assistance with luggage from the children working there, as handling heavy suitcases can be challenging for senior travelers.

I felt like I was walking on a wire in the vibrant San Lorenzo district. The hotel's elegant atmosphere and relaxing environment made my stay enjoyable. And oh, the food they prepare, like jam and ricotta, is simply divine!

Who needs a window or a functioning TV? I loved pretending I was in a cave while struggling to fix the broken TV.

Omg, the location is 👌🏼, i could easily walk to all attractions! the homemade pastries at breakfast were just 🤤. Rooms were clean, but had a moldy smell. Staff was 👍🏼.

The room with the amazing view was a true sanctuary for us. It felt like having a front-row seat at a live concert every night, except we didn't have to leave the comfort of our room. We were entertained by the rhythmic beats and vibrant melodies from the restaurant below.

During our stay, we visited the Palazzo Medici Riccardi, where the incredible Cappella dei Magi and Medici Chapels left us in awe. The grand mausoleum with the majestic tombs, including that of Lorenzo the Magnificent, was truly stunning. The Palagiaccio Farm in Mugello was a delightful experience, offering a glimpse into traditional dairy farming and the chance to savor delicious, freshly-made cheeses.

My wife says that a dedicated kids' play area would have been a great addition for families with children.

I recently stayed at the Solo Experience Hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just steps away from Basilica di San Lorenzo and a short walk to the Duomo. The hotel staff were amazing, always helpful and happy to assist with anything we needed. They even stored our bags after check out and allowed us to relax in the lobby before our train. The rooms were comfortable with beautiful views and the breakfasts were fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

Great location near popular sights and train station. Rooms were spacious and clean. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety and there were snacks available all day in the breakfast room.

Some rooms were noisy at night as they faced the sidewalk. the mattress in our room needed to be replaced as it was worn.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel was very clean and close to the city center and train station. There were also many cafes nearby and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Plus, the buffet breakfast was excellent!

The suite at Solo Experience Hotel was absolutely incredible! The extra-large bathroom with a rain shower made me feel like royalty. The natural materials and eco-friendly products added a touch of luxury to my stay. The view of the Medici Chapels was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.

Personally, I found the twin beds upstairs a bit too firm for my liking, but I know others might appreciate that extra support.
